These terms cover this website and the AI receptionist service provided by KAIAVA . By using the service you agree to them.
The service
We set up an AI receptionist that answers a business’s phone calls, answers common questions using information the business gives us, takes messages and books appointments. It is an automated assistant, and callers are told so. It may make mistakes; the business is responsible for the information it provides to us and for reviewing the calls it receives.
Customers (businesses)
- Pricing is a one-time setup fee and a flat monthly fee, agreed in writing before work starts.
- The setup fee is non-refundable because it pays for building the service around your business.
- The monthly service is month to month. You may cancel at any time by telling us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
- You can stop the service at any time by removing call forwarding from your phone.
- We may reasonably limit use that is far beyond normal business use, after talking with you first.
Text messaging program
Program: KAIAVA appointment confirmations and follow-ups sent on behalf of the
business you called.
What you agree to: by giving your mobile number during a call and agreeing to receive
a confirmation, you consent to text messages about that appointment.
Frequency: message frequency varies, usually one to a few messages per appointment.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. Reply HELP for help or
contact hello@lingokaiava.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a
condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how information is
handled; we do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates
for marketing or promotional purposes.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or to send spam, or to handle emergency or medical situations as a substitute for emergency services.
No guarantees; limits on liability
The service is provided “as is.” We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free or that it will produce any particular number of bookings or amount of revenue. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
