What we collect
- If you contact us: your name, phone number, email address and anything you tell us about your business.
- If you call a business that uses our service: the phone number you called from, a recording and transcript of the call, and the details you give (such as your name, address and the service you want).
- On this website: basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
- To answer your call, book your appointment and tell the business what you asked for.
- To send you a text message confirming or following up on that appointment.
- To fix mistakes and improve the service for the business that uses it.
- To respond when you contact us.
Call recordings
Calls handled by our service may be recorded and transcribed. The call begins with a notice that it may be recorded. Recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed to run and improve the service for the business you called, and are then deleted.
Text messages and mobile information
We may send text messages related to your appointment, such as confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with the service providers we need to deliver the service (for example, our phone, text-messaging, calendar and payment providers), and only for that purpose.
Who we share it with
The business you called, and the service providers that help us run the service (phone and text delivery, voice and AI processing, scheduling, hosting, and payments). We do not sell your personal information.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing hello@lingokaiava.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
